At Canonbury Junior School, we offer a variety of extracurricular activities to complement our academic curriculum and enhance the overall learning experience of our students. These activities include sports, clubs, and other programs that cater to the diverse interests and talents of our students.

In terms of sports, our school offers a range of options such as atheletics, swimming, cricket, soccer, netball, hockey and golf. These sports do not only promote physical fitness and health among our students but also help develop important skills such as teamwork, leadership, and sportsmanship. Through regular practice and participation in competitions, students learn the value of hard work, discipline, and perseverance.

In addition to sports, Canonbury Junior School also provides a variety of clubs and societies for students to join such as debate, chess club, girl guides, speech and drama and the art club. Every year, the National Allied Arts Competition showcases four sections; Art, Music, Dramatic Performance and Creative Writing. We are proud to say that the school enters pupils into sections such as speech and drama and always come out with very impressive results. These clubs offer students the opportunity to explore their interests, develop new skills, and build friendships with their peers. Participation in clubs fosters creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, which are essential for success in the modern world.
